What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Stewardship: Develop and manage strong client relationships to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
• Core Financial Analysis: Execute advanced financial modeling and perform detailed valuation analysis to support critical transaction decisions.
• Transaction Management: Take an active role in developing, structuring, and executing M&A transactions from initiation to successful close.
• Due Diligence & Reporting: Perform comprehensive client due diligence and prepare professional client presentations and deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop junior talent within the group, fostering a culture of growth and expertise.
