The Tone:

This Vice President role is within the Corporate Finance group, specifically focusing on the Tech-Enabled Professional Services team, which advises companies that combine technology with outsourced or specialized professional services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing complex M&A transactions and actively contributing to new business development, with a particular focus on the Environmental and Facilities Services practices.

• Mission: Lead and manage M&A transaction processes, oversee deal execution, and support new business generation for companies within the Environmental and Facilities Services sector of tech-enabled professional services.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Management Leadership: Manage all aspects of a transaction process, serving as the day-to-day “quarterback” for deals within the Environmental and Facilities Services practices, including supporting the development of process design.
• Financial Analysis and Valuation Oversight: Manage the development of, and clearly explain, historical and projected financial analyses, while also overseeing the development of complex valuation models and ad hoc financial analyses.
• M&A Execution and Due Diligence: Coordinate and perform thorough business due diligence and actively execute M&A transactions, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Marketing Material Development: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other necessary presentations to effectively represent clients and opportunities.
• Client Relations and Team Mentorship: Build and maintain direct contact and strong relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors, assisting in the marketing and execution of existing engagements, and providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record from an accredited institution, demonstrating advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience, including hands-on M&A experience in managing transaction processes.
• Skills: Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, extensive operational financial modeling and valuation experience, and excellent verbal, written, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Bonus: Ability to manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
