Strategy and Management Summer Analyst Program – 2027 | Bank of America

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship program at Bank of America, primarily located in Charlotte, NC. Bank of America is a financial services firm guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through responsible growth, operating as a diverse and inclusive workplace. This role is crucial for driving innovation and transforming careers, preparing future corporate leaders by providing direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management within the Bank of America Strategy & Business Ventures team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Acumen: Build an in-depth understanding of the business, client needs, and opportunities through exposure to senior leaders.
• Strategic Support: Support high priority strategic initiatives spanning functions such as strategy, product management, marketing, sales enablement, digital, operations, payments, and analytics.
• Recommendation Development: Work with diverse, high-performing project teams to develop strategic recommendations alongside key internal leaders.
• Capability Operationalization: Test, launch, and operationalize new capabilities as part of these strategic recommendations.
• Industry Impact: Contribute to initiatives with the potential to shape industries, leveraging the bank’s broad reach and cutting-edge expertise.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required; this program is designed for students seeking a foundational understanding of strategy and management in finance.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, creativity, listening, communication, presentation skills, and exhibits strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Bonus: 3.2 minimum GPA preferred; pursuing a major area of study including Business Management, Economics, Finance, Consulting, Mathematics, Data Analysis, FinTech, or Marketing; experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research; experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
