• Team: Works with Senior Managing Directors, Managing Directors, Vice Presidents, and Analysts within the Infrastructure Investment Banking group.
• Mission: This person leads day-to-day project management and transaction execution, serving as a key financial and strategic advisor for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Leadership: Lead day-to-day project management and oversee the execution of diverse advisory and financing transactions.
• Financial Analysis: Develop and oversee complex financial and accounting analyses, identifying M&A and financing opportunities and market trends.
• Valuation & Due Diligence: Perform financial and valuation analysis using industry-standard and proprietary models, and conduct due diligence investigations.
• Strategic Presentation: Integrate strategic ideas derived from various analyses, forecasts, and research into compelling presentations for stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Act as a financial and strategic advisor for clients, building relationships, generating new business ideas, and helping lead deal pitches.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. This role is for an IB Analyst promoting to Associate or an MBA hire.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience (for MBA hires) and core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.
• Skills: Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, robust written and oral communication skills, and effective process management abilities.
• Bonus: Sell-side advisory experience, infrastructure advisory, and financial modeling experience are all considered advantageous.
