Project Finance Analyst | Infrassocs

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models tailored for project finance transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Due Diligence & Analysis: Conduct thorough due diligence, market research, and comprehensive financial analysis on assets, sponsoring entities, and counterparties.
• Transaction Support: Play an active role in both financing and advisory mandates, providing support for deal structuring, pricing strategies, and overall execution from initial screening to closing.
• Documentation & Presentation: Assist in the preparation of client presentations, credit materials, and internal documentation required for approval processes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with foundational knowledge in project finance, infrastructure, leveraged finance, or general investment banking principles.
• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in project finance, infrastructure, leveraged finance, or investment banking.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling capabilities and robust analytical skills.
• Bonus: Based in New York or a willingness to relocate to New York.
