What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Advisory: Formulate investment strategies and raise capital for clients, providing sophisticated financial solutions tailored to their needs.
• Transaction Execution: Enhance Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) execution and capital raising capabilities to build Citi’s franchise.
• Business Development: Meet revenue and financial goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of episodic deals.
• Risk Management: Appropriately assess and manage business decisions, anticipating marketplace changes and identifying all types of risks (e.g., industry, portfolio, sovereign, commercial).
• Team Development: Serve as a mentor to junior Bankers and execute staffing models that support business needs and career trajectories for junior staff.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required for this senior-level Investment Banking position, with a preference for a degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration.
• Experience: Must have 15+ years of relevant experience, including people management, specifically within an investment banking institution(s).
• Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment, and the ability to obtain Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses within 150 days of joining.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
