The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: New graduate or 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or analytics.
• Skills: Advanced Excel Skills, Strong Analytical Capabilities, Curiosity about AI, data analytics, automation, and emerging finance technologies.
