Head of Finance | 3 Bridge Networks
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at 3 Bridge Networks. As a fast-growing fintech startup, the company is seeking its first-ever finance leader. This strategic position will work directly with the CEO to shape the financial foundation and support the business as it enters its next phase of growth. The focus is firmly on financial planning, debt modeling, fundraising support, and executive-level decision-making.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-term modeling.
• Capital Strategy: Build and maintain debt and capital structure models to support growth initiatives.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, pricing, unit economics, and growth initiatives.
• Fundraising Support: Support fundraising efforts, including developing materials, creating models, and assisting with investor diligence.
• Performance Insights: Translate financial data into clear insights to guide operating and strategic decisions across the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Executive career level with experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a strategic in-house finance role at a high-growth company.
• Experience: Proven capability in strong financial modeling and analytical tasks, ideally with prior debt modeling experience, coupled with comfort in operating in ambiguity and building new functions from scratch.
• Skills:
• Strong financial modeling and analytical aptitude
• Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out and execute
• Clear communication and the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
