What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing & Evaluation: Directly engage in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities to identify potential targets.
• Transaction Execution: Lead and support the execution of complex transactions, ensuring all details are managed with precision.
• Portfolio Engagement: Work closely alongside portfolio company management to implement strategies that create long-term value.
• Investment Oversight: Take on meaningful responsibility for sophisticated and high-impact investments from the initial stages.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate directly with experienced investment professionals and senior decision-makers across all phases of the investment lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is suitable for an early career professional who has accumulated 2–6 years of experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking (M&A), or a similarly rigorous investing environment.
• Experience: Candidates must possess 2–6 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating active involvement in transaction execution and investment evaluation.
• Skills: Requires outstanding capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical methods. Strong transaction execution experience is essential, coupled with exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
• Bonus: A commercial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the confidence to operate effectively within a lean, collaborative team structure are highly valued. Furthermore, a genuine passion for investing and the process of building businesses is key for success in this role.
