Scimplify is a specialty chemicals manufacturing company offering a full stack solution from R&D to manufacturing and delivery of innovative chemicals. Headquartered in Bengaluru, India, the company supports businesses globally through its B2B fulfillment platform and has grown to 450+ people, exporting to over 17 countries. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, supporting market expansion, and executing high-impact projects specifically within the U.S. chemical industry, directly contributing to Scimplify’s presence in a key global market.

What You’ll Actually Do
Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive business development research to identify potential customers, distributors, and partners, while also performing market research and data analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activities across the USA.
Prospecting & Lead Management: Source and qualify prospects using platforms like LinkedIn and industry databases, then manage contact sourcing, outreach, and CRM data organization to streamline lead generation and sales initiatives.
Direct Outreach: Execute cold calls to prospective customers, distributors, and partners, aiming to qualify leads, initiate conversations, and actively generate new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
Project Coordination: Assist in project management by closely coordinating with cross-functional internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure the efficient and timely execution of key business initiatives.
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to critical strategic projects, including detailed market mapping, account prioritization, comprehensive pricing analysis, and the development of effective go-to-market plans specifically for the U.S. market.
Reporting & Insights: Support the preparation of clear and concise reports, presentations, and actionable business insights that inform leadership reviews and strategic decision-making processes.
