The role is critical for driving deal flow and providing essential support to portfolio companies, ensuring their success from early stages to market leadership.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing Strategy: Build and manage a comprehensive, proprietary sourcing process designed to identify high-potential AI and robotics startups with disruptive technologies.
• Investment Due Diligence: Conduct deep-dive research and rigorous due diligence on emerging technology sectors, participating in founder meetings to develop strong investment conviction.
• Investment Memos and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the broader investment team to draft detailed investment memos, contributing to critical decision-making processes.
• Portfolio Company Support: Actively support portfolio companies by assisting with key strategic initiatives, including advising on hiring strategies, refining go-to-market approaches, and facilitating valuable customer introductions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Demonstrates an intense curiosity and an “obsession” with the rapidly evolving AI, robotics, and broader technology landscape, showing a profound commitment to understanding market shifts and emerging trends.
• Experience: Holds a degree from a top-tier university, or alternatively, possesses 1–2 years of experience garnered in high-intensity professional environments where rapid learning and execution were critical.
• Skills: Possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive to proactively identify and unearth opportunities at their earliest stages, coupled with the resourcefulness and initiative required to operate effectively and autonomously without constant direction.
