• Mission: To conduct in-depth research, analysis, and ratings of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technologies, and digital asset markets, helping audiences make informed investment decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct comprehensive research on cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, and emerging digital asset technologies to identify key market drivers and potential risks.
• Methodology: Enhance and continuously maintain a robust cryptocurrency rating framework, ensuring its relevance and accuracy through rigorous back-testing.
• Content & Analysis: Produce detailed reports, research papers, and insightful analysis pieces on crypto market trends and blockchain innovations, evaluating whitepapers, tokenomics, market capitalization, trading volumes, and team backgrounds.
• Market & Regulatory Monitoring: Track and interpret regulatory developments impacting the crypto ecosystem, analyze sentiment, trading patterns, and technological advancements, and develop financial models for asset valuation.
• Communication: Present research findings internally and externally, and actively respond to inquiries across various platforms such as X (formerly Twitter) and Telegram.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience: Candidates must have prior experience as an investor in the digital assets ecosystem, along with significant experience utilizing cryptocurrency trading platforms and various market data sources.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential for presenting findings. Expertise in Excel and financial modeling is also required.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree in a relevant field, a solid understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts, proficiency in analyzing L1, DeFi, and deAI ecosystems, and prior media experience are all considered advantageous.
