What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships throughout engagements to ensure superior service delivery and effective communication.
• Material Development: Prepare confidential information memoranda, comprehensive marketing materials, and impactful presentation materials for various transactions.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Analyze historical and projected financial information, developing complex financial and valuation models.
• Transaction Execution & Due Diligence: Coordinate end-to-end transaction execution, which includes building secure data rooms and actively managing due diligence processes.
• Strategic Advisory & Business Development: Participate in the development of strategic recommendations alongside senior bankers and assist with new business development, including creating pitch books and identifying prospective new clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree earned with academic distinction, applying knowledge within a professional investment banking capacity.
• Experience: A minimum of three years of professional working experience, with at least two years specifically in investment banking roles.
• Skills: Extensive financial modeling experience coupled with strong analytical abilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal interactions; a very high degree of intellectual curiosity and the capacity to think independently; strong organizational skills enabling the management of multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
