What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Advisory: Work closely with professionals throughout the firm to deliver high quality financial advice to clients.
• Strategic Analysis: Contribute to a team that encourages going beyond traditional numbers, thinking creatively to develop solutions.
• Capital Markets: Assist clients in raising, managing, and allocating capital effectively to help them reach their financial goals.
• Deal Execution: Play a significant role in working on and executing M&A transactions and other financial deals across various industry sectors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should have a relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field or foreign equivalent. This role is at an Associate or Vice President career level.
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience within the investment banking industry, or 1-3+ years of post-MBA experience. A proven track record of working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors is essential.

• Motivation & Commitment: Demonstrate an extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard.
• Communication & Interpersonal: Possess strong written and verbal communication, client interaction, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial Acumen: Exhibit commercial instinct and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Licensing: Must possess or be able to obtain required Series licensing.
• Bonus: An MBA and/or CFA designation would be considered a significant asset for this role.
