• Team: Structured Finance team, reporting to Vice President, Structured Finance
• Mission: This person solves the challenge of turning complex, capital-intensive energy deployments into closed financings to enable Bloom’s growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Build and manage complex project and portfolio level models, performing sensitivities and evaluating capital structure trade-offs.
• Transaction Execution: Execute across the entire transaction lifecycle, including early customer negotiations, structuring, diligence, and capital raising.
• Investor Engagement: Create critical deal collateral and support negotiations with external stakeholders such as investors, lenders, and customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations on strategic projects.
• Market Exposure: Scout and evaluate new markets, financing structures, and evolving investor requirements across critical customer segments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong academic credentials from a top-tier college or university, with core domain knowledge in project finance or structured finance.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, private equity, renewable energy finance, or other infrastructure finance, with demonstrated experience building and maintaining complex financial models for live transactions.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical horsepower, ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines, and strong written and verbal communication skills to distill complex finance into clear language.
