The Tone:
This is an internship / early career role at AvePoint, supporting North America Commercial teams. AvePoint helps organizations with their go-to-market strategies, focusing on driving pipeline, supporting deal execution, and scaling repeatable sales processes. This role is crucial for motivated college students to gain practical exposure to a modern sales environment, contributing to sales-focused projects while building a strong understanding of organizational sales motions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Conduct sales vertical analysis and segment research for commercial teams.
• Insights: Identify and summarize deal trends, including win/loss patterns, cycle times, and competitive themes.
• Support: Develop customer-ready presentations and internal deal materials for sales representatives.
• Participation: Engage in various stages of the sales cycle, such as discovery support, account research, and basic CRM hygiene.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes through playbooks, templates, and enablement assets.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in sales, go-to-market strategy, business development, or revenue operations.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical proficiency to interpret trends and propose next steps, comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), familiarity with AI tools for productivity, and an organized, proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams with guidance.
