This is a Summer Internship at FFF Enterprises, located remotely within the U.S. FFF Enterprises operates as a crucial distributor within the specialty pharmaceutical industry, focusing on areas such as plasma therapeutics, vaccines, and dermatology. This internship is specifically designed to provide hands-on experience within the Specialty Distribution Commercial Organization, emphasizing Portfolio Management and Commercial Operations. The role is vital for supporting key strategic initiatives and directly contributes to the company’s growth objectives by providing analytical and operational assistance. Interns will have the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting, developing essential business acumen, analytical, and communication skills within the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Assist with commercial strategy, portfolio analysis, and business operations projects to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Research: Support development of market assessments, competitive analyses, and industry research to aid budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Reporting: Assist with sales performance reporting, customer analytics, and operational analysis across product categories, customer segments, and portfolio initiatives.
• Presentation: Support preparation of presentations, executive summaries, dashboards, and materials for leadership meetings and strategic discussions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Portfolio Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Analytics teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Junior or rising senior student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biology, Comprehensive Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related Science or Business discipline.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities; excellent written and verbal communication abilities; strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting; ability to manage multiple projects effectively; capacity to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
• Bonus: Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, specialty distribution, commercial strategy, or operations.
