Treasury Analyst | BDO USA
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at BDO USA, located in various locations across the US. BDO is an accounting and advisory organization that provides assurance, tax, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients globally, operating with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) culture. This role is critical for supporting the Treasury team in managing all cash management activities, ensuring liquidity, accurate cash flow forecasting, and efficient bank account operations to meet the company’s financial needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Liquidity Management: Manage daily cash balances and positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for short and long-term operational needs.
• Forecasting: Oversee cash flow forecasts to ensure timely and accurate prediction of cash inflows and outflows.
• Transaction Processing: Process banking transactions, including wire transfers and ACH payments, adhering to company policies and internal controls.
• Bank Administration: Administer online banking platforms and manage bank accounts, maintaining relationships with banking partners.
• Risk Mitigation: Support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of financial risks, assisting in corporate insurance liability coverage.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience in a Treasury-focused role is required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of effective communication with professionals at all levels; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel experience; strong financial acumen.
• Bonus: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is preferred.
