What You’ll Actually Do
• Assignment: Engage in challenging tasks and assume responsibilities typical of a three to six-month assignment within the organization.
• Exploration: Explore the overall business environment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Bank’s operations and strategies.
• Immersion: Gain a realistic and in-depth view of the Bank’s unique culture and everyday workplace activities.
• Experience: Acquire practical work experience by operating within a specific function or department of the Bank.
• Contribution: Complete a substantial piece of meaningful work that provides tangible value and impact to UBS.
• Development: Actively work on developing specific competencies and skills that are highly relevant to navigating and succeeding within the financial business environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, ideally currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Experience: A detail-oriented approach ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication abilities, and solid interpersonal skills.
