What You’ll Actually Do
Financial Planning: Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and planning processes, including preparing variance analyses and identifying key drivers.
Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track business performance and analyze trends across revenue, expenses, and key operational metrics.
Business Collaboration: Partner with Finance team members to support functional areas such as Sales, Operations, and Corporate functions.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across financial processes.
Tool Enhancement: Support the implementation and enhancement of financial tools and reporting capabilities, including exploring and applying new technologies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related business field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, with internships or early career experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency, demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate clear, structured insights, high attention to detail with strong organizational skills, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and interest in leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation tools) to improve financial analysis.
