• Mission: This person supports operational and capital allocation decision-making, with a primary focus on capital projects, through financial modeling, business analysis, and strategic planning.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Improve Performance: Identify opportunities to enhance operating performance through rigorous information gathering, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis.
• Manage Capital Projects: Support capital project budgeting and forecasting, including annual consolidation and monthly tracking of project performance versus plan.
• Develop Financial Models: Create and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate operational initiatives, revenue and cost action plans, and investment alternatives.
• Analyze Financial Performance: Prepare and analyze project‑level and consolidated P&L statements to assess financial performance, profitability, and key drivers.
• Support Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the Company’s strategic plan by providing long‑range financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a finance or business-related field, or four to ten years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training.
• Experience: Four to ten years related financial and business analysis experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication, mathematical modeling, broad exposure to operations research and statistics, advanced Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Project.
• Bonus: MBA preferred; willingness to adopt and embrace emerging AI technologies to elevate FP&A processes and enhance financial analytics.
