What You’ll Actually Do
• Budget & Forecast Management: Prepare assigned components of the annual Company budget, analyze variances, update forecasts, and identify associated risks and opportunities.
• Month-End Close Activities: Complete month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, while assisting with management reporting.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Compile, validate, and summarize financial information to support weekly financial reporting and assist with new business initiatives and process improvements.
• Finance Operations Support: Partner with Accounting Operations to manage the billing function and collaborate with Expense Payables to manage purchase orders and monitor payments.
• Professional Growth: Take ownership and proactively drive your professional development in conjunction with your manager.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Three to five years of finance or marketing experience
• Skills: Proficient in Excel, Financial Modeling Skills, Peoplesoft Experience, Hyperion Budgeting and Forecast System
