The Tone:
This is a full-time Financial Analyst role at Epic, based on its campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area with financial assistance provided. This position is vital for strategically managing all financial aspects of Epic’s customer relationships, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive financial health. The role provides broad exposure to diverse finance functions and the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with customer executive and leadership teams, contributing directly to the success of Epic and its customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Own all financial aspects of the Epic-Customer relationship, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Be a fair partner, and work cross-functionally to anticipate and communicate financial considerations to stakeholders.
• Financial Tracking & Forecasting: Be proactive in financial tracking, forecasting, and escalating to drive the financial health of Epic and maintain successful customer relationships.
• Strategic Customer Engagement: Work strategically with Epic’s customers.
• Relationship Development: Develop long-term relationships with customer executive and leadership teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or greater in Finance or related majors; History of academic and professional success.
• Experience: Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; Willingness and ability to relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursed).
• Skills: COVID-19 vaccination.
