Investment Banking Intern | Wall Street Oasis

The Tone:
This is an unpaid internship at Wall Street Oasis, located remotely. Wall Street Oasis offers a Global Talent Program, screening top students globally to identify future finance leaders in partnership with leading boutique investment banks. This role provides an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a formidable resume through an immersive, 10-week virtual internship, ensuring a focused and high-impact experience.

• Team: Reports to a Managing Director or Partner at a partner boutique investment bank.
• Mission: To support ongoing deals and critical tasks at partner investment banks, following intensive financial training.
• Tech Stack: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint techniques

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Training: Participate in two weeks of rigorous in-house virtual training on core investment banking skills, led by industry experts.
• Project Support: Work directly on live projects, providing invaluable support at one of the boutique investment bank partners.
• Valuation Analysis: Assist with valuation analysis, including Trading Comparables, Discounted Cash Flow, and Precedent Transactions.
• Deal Support: Provide support for critical tasks such as sourcing, due diligence, and ongoing deals.
• Research & Development: Conduct industry and company research, and assist with pitch book development and financial modeling.

• Background: Student (1st year and 2nd year students, not limited to). Eager to get a head start in investment banking and build a compelling CV.
