What You’ll Actually Do
• Investment Modeling: Develop structured investment memos and financial models to support capital allocation decisions across North America.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Process Management: Manage end-to-end investment proposal processes, ensuring adherence to governance standards and submission timelines.
• Performance Review: Review pricing inputs, forecasts, and financial returns, proactively identifying risks or inconsistencies.
• Tracking & Documentation: Track and monitor the performance of approved investments, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes, and maintain clear documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a focus on corporate finance, FP&A, or investment analysis concepts.
• Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, or similar roles.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret and adapt complex Excel-based models; solid understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS and lease accounting concepts; ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, structured business case narratives for senior stakeholders; high attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
