What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the creation and oversight of financial models, marketing collateral, and client presentations.
• Conduct comprehensive research and various analyses to support new business generation and M&A transaction execution.
• Coordinate and perform detailed business due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
• Supervise and mentor junior investment banking staff members, guiding their professional development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree, including an exemplary academic record, from an accredited institution, coupled with advanced knowledge of accounting and finance principles. This role operates at a Vice President level within a leading global investment bank.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant investment banking experience is required. This must include hands-on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experience, with a strong preference for candidates demonstrating transaction experience specifically within the Healthcare industry.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, essential for complex financial analysis. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong public speaking and presentation capabilities. Extensive operational, financial modeling, and valuation experience are also key requirements.
• Bonus: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution in demanding client environments.
