What You’ll Actually Do
• Model: Oversee the creation and explanation of historical and projected financial information.
• Execute: Coordinate and perform business due diligence to execute M&A transactions.
• Present: Prepare marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, and management presentations for client engagements.
• Analyze: Perform comprehensive valuation and ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic advice.
• Engage: Build and maintain direct relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
• Mentor: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, guiding their professional development and transaction support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An undergraduate degree with an exemplary academic record, coupled with advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant investment banking experience, with hands-on M&A experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and robust public speaking and presentation skills.
• Bonus: Extensive operational, financial modeling, and valuation experience, along with transaction experience specifically within the Healthcare industry.
