The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support senior bankers: Directly assist senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution processes for various client engagements.
• Develop presentations: Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing and new business pitches, confidential offering memoranda, and management presentations.
• Identify strategic partners: Develop comprehensive target lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners relevant to client transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis: Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis, along with in-depth industry research and trend analysis.
• Mentor junior staff: Actively mentor and train Analysts, contributing to their professional development and understanding of investment banking practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record, indicating a solid foundation for investment banking transaction advisory.
• Experience: 3-5 years of direct investment banking transaction advisory execution experience.
• Skills: Superb communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; highly motivated, confident, and passionate; proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience supporting engagement teams in equity financing, sell-side, buy-side, and general advisory M&A engagements, specifically within the Technology Enabled Services investment banking group; proficiency in creating detailed pitch materials; and capability to oversee due diligence processes. Residing in San Francisco or willingness to relocate is also desired.
