• Mission: Plan, structure, and execute banking transactions to finance public infrastructure for real estate development and redevelopment projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Execution: Actively participate in the planning, structuring, and execution of banking transactions, managing administrative aspects from launch to close.
• Research & Data Analysis: Perform and coordinate research to produce necessary data sets, including market comparisons, parcel list reconciliation, mill levy comparisons, and service plan reviews.
• Material Preparation: Prepare, review, and maintain internal and external transaction materials such as rating presentations, case studies, credit summaries, and internal approval forms.
• Client Interaction & Coordination: Attend client meetings, calls, and presentations, taking detailed notes, and coordinating transaction progress while ensuring material accuracy.
• Marketing & Relationship Building: Prepare various marketing materials like presentations, pitchbooks, and market updates, and build relationships with industry consultants, developers, and external partners.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, proficient in digital software and technology, including databases, and MS Office suite.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to navigate multiple projects and deadlines, professional demeanor, effective communication, self-motivation, and resilience.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to Denver, CO.
