The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Glean, located in San Francisco, CA. Glean builds a Work AI platform that began as advanced enterprise search and has evolved into an ecosystem powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents. It provides organizations with infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their business without vendor lock-in. This role is crucial because you will act as a thought partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and decision support to drive customer acquisition and efficient growth.

• Team: GTM Strategic Finance team, partnering with GTM organizations and GTM leadership
• Mission: Provide financial insights and strategic analysis to Glean’s GTM organizations, driving efficient growth and accelerating customer acquisition.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasting: Own the topline capacity model and net new ARR Finance forecast for the company.
• Resource Allocation: Serve as a thought partner to GTM stakeholders to ensure necessary resource allocations for key investments and initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to track team-specific and company-wide trends, growth initiatives, and business performance.
• Efficiency Metrics: Establish and manage key ROI and efficiency metrics across business segments, analyzing and reporting on them to drive continuous improvement.
• System Implementation: Assist with implementing a best-in-class planning system that will scale with the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with core domain knowledge in finance, specifically within strategic finance or financial planning and analysis.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or strategic finance, preferably within a B2B and/or SaaS business.
• Skills: Expert financial modeling experience with strong attention to detail, ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans, excellent presentation and writing skills, and clear communication at the executive level.
• Bonus: Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work 4 days a week in the office.
