• Mission: To empower clients to act confidently on strategic decisions by translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights through advanced modeling and expertise.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Guide clients through critical decision-making processes across transactions, business planning, and operational assessments.
• Model Development: Construct comprehensive financial models and analyses used for strategic business planning, transactions, and operational decision-making.
• Insight Presentation: Analyze model outputs thoroughly and present clear, actionable findings to clients and other key stakeholders.
• Tool Enhancement: Design and improve scalable modeling tools that facilitate robust scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and long-term financial planning.
• Practice Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through financial modeling offerings, internal and external marketing, training initiatives, and coaching junior practitioners.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business field.
• Experience: 2+ years of financial modeling experience; 2+ years in consulting or industry roles supporting financial modeling, strategic planning, and client deliverables; demonstrated experience developing financial models and analyses for various business contexts; and experience presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; effective written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail ensuring quality work products; capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; and strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Bonus: Progress toward CPA, CFA, or an equivalent credential; experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Python, or SQL to build finance-led models and analytics.
