What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to support enterprise-level strategic planning, budgeting, and capital allocation decisions.
• Lead: Direct corporate forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, establishing the cadence for annual planning and executive business reviews.
• Architect: Design and refine comprehensive financial models across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, specializing in areas like share count, EPS, tax, and stock-based compensation.
• Deliver: Provide clear, actionable financial insights through monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations.
• Champion: Promote scalable, repeatable finance processes by automating, simplifying, and eliminating routine work wherever possible.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field with prior experience in a corporate FP&A function.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Investment Banking, with high-growth, public company SaaS experience preferred.
• Skills: Expert financial modeling, strong working knowledge of US GAAP, advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets, strong verbal and written communication, and a problem-solving orientation.
• Bonus: Extensive experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Windsurf/Devin, Cursor, OpenCode) to automate workflows and analyze data; high proficiency with financial systems like Anaplan, NetSuite, RevPro, and Salesforce.
