The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Blue Yonder Property Group, located in Austin. What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing: Own the top of the funnel by conducting cold outreach to brokers and owners to secure initial conversations.
• Relationship Building: Learn to source off-market opportunities by building direct relationships with property owners before deals reach the open market.
• Outreach Management: Spend the majority of your day on the phone running high call volume across target markets including Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, and the Carolinas.
• Opportunity Qualification: Act as the “first call,” capturing deal details and routing qualified opportunities up for further screening and underwriting.
• Data Management: Own the integrity of the acquisitions CRM by maintaining complete, accurate, and actionable information on brokers, owners, and properties.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a genuine interest in real estate investment and finance.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience is welcome; a new broker seeking to transition to the owner-side is also a suitable fit. Demonstrated ability to network is essential.
• Skills: Strong social skills with high emotional intelligence, comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone, resourceful and entrepreneurial in uncovering opportunities, and ambitious for a career in commercial real estate.
