What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide crucial financial analysis support for the AAM division, contributing to overall performance.
• Report: Focus on financial reporting tasks, encompassing both actual financial results and forecast processes.
• Analyze: Contribute to a variety of financial analysis projects, including both ad hoc requests and recurring monthly requirements.
• Prioritize: Manage and prioritize actions effectively to ensure that results are delivered accurately and within defined deadlines.
• Develop: Aid in the creation and implementation of standardized processes and tools to make month-end and forecast activities more efficient and repeatable.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently majoring in a finance or accounting bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year university.
• Experience: Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, coupled with previous work experience utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with experience using financial systems such as Essbase or OneStream; English language proficiency.
• Bonus: Masters/MBA preferred; experience with financial planning and analysis in an automotive company; Spanish language skills.
