Financial Analyst, Brand Finance | Conagra Brands
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Conagra Brands, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office). This role performs moderately complex financial analysis, presents actionable recommendations, and partners with business teams to drive financial insights that contribute to the company’s financial planning and operations.

• Mission: To perform financial analysis, investigate issues, and drive insights for assigned areas, supporting business teams in planning and forecasting.
• Tech Stack: SAP BPC, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, IF, OR, AND, SUMIF/SUMIFS)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide financial partnership by assessing needs and resolving accounting and finance questions, risks, and opportunities for designated functions.
• Develop and update the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned components of the P&L and related balance sheet accounts.
• Generate and communicate monthly forecasts based on business changes, providing clear, forward-looking commentary and guidance on potential risks.
• Execute comprehensive financial analysis and models to support requests such as product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
• Lead project work across various financial disciplines, including FP&A, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of professional business and financial experience, including P&L management and knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts. Proven experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve organizational challenges.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, and formulas such as IF, OR, AND, SUMIF/SUMIFS. Experience with SAP BPC or similar financial software tools.
