This Strategy Intern role is pivotal in supporting Yesway’s continuous growth by meticulously researching and evaluating new investment opportunities. The intern will play a key part in analyzing crucial economic factors and organizational capabilities, ensuring the company’s strategic initiatives are efficient and impactful, thereby solidifying its position as one of the leading convenience retailers in the United States.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research and comprehensively evaluate new investment opportunities for Yesway’s strategic expansion.
• Analyze: Analyze critical macroeconomic factors, internal organization capabilities, and potential strategic risks associated with each proposed new project.
• Evaluate: Evaluate the efficiencies and effectiveness of current and future strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Assist: Assist other department heads by providing support in making project-specific projections and forecasts.
• Present: Present well-researched ideas and strategic findings to Yesway’s investment committee and senior executives to aid in decision-making.
