AI Growth & Partnerships Intern | Acadium
The Tone:
This is a 3-month remote unpaid internship at Acadium. Acadium provides a platform that connects students with businesses with the goal of making real work experience accessible to everyone. This intern will directly support the founder of an executive AI advisory firm, contributing to real business growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and AI-powered marketing strategies. The role is designed for a proactive and AI-savvy individual looking for hands-on experience in building an AI-focused business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Research and recommend speaking opportunities, executive communities, conferences, podcasts, and strategic partnerships aligned with the growth strategy.
• Infrastructure: Build, optimize, and maintain the growth infrastructure, including CRM systems, opportunity pipelines, and AI-powered marketing workflows.
• Analysis: Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to increase visibility, partnerships, and overall business growth.
• Strategy: Contribute strategic ideas and recommendations to support business expansion and brand positioning.
• Development: Assist in developing AI-enabled marketing initiatives and growth campaigns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current marketing students or recent graduates with a strong interest in AI and growth marketing.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience using AI tools as part of your daily workflow; familiarity with the U.S. business and marketing landscape.
• Skills: Strong research, communication, and analytical skills; ability to think independently and contribute strategic ideas.
• Bonus: Candidates who can showcase AI-enabled marketing projects, portfolios, or real-world examples are highly preferred; previous apprenticeship experience is a plus.
