Project Manager Intern | Red Tail Acquisitions
The Tone:

This role supports senior project managers by coordinating various project aspects, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate development and construction management. What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating commercial construction and renovation projects across multiple locations.
• Tracking Support: Support project managers in tracking schedules, budgets, and project milestones.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for accuracy.
• Communication Coordination: Coordinate communications with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Support invoice tracking, purchase orders, and project-related administrative tasks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; or a recent college graduate (within the last 12 months).
• Experience: Strong interest in construction project management, commercial real estate, or development projects; available to begin as soon as possible and commit through September 30, 2026.
• Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiency; excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to work independently in a remote environment; detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to construction, engineering, project management, real estate, or operations; familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, or construction documentation; experience using project management software.
