• Mission: This person assists in the creation, review, and management of digital content across the Jaguars’ official website, mobile app, and YouTube channels.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Publishing: Publish a variety of digital content, including articles, photo galleries, videos, live blogs, and podcasts, ensuring all material is accurate and engaging for the fan base.
• Content Optimization: Learn and actively apply SEO techniques and URL tracking to optimize the reach and performance of digital content while ensuring compliance with league-mandated digital policies.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate on the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting merchandise/ticket sales and increasing game attendance.
• Platform Design: Assist in the design of respective landing pages for NFL campaigns and programs, and support app experience design through layout testing, UX research, and wireframing new features.
• Strategic Content Planning: Aid in the development and execution of digital plans of action and content rollouts for major NFL tentpole events such as the NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, and Organized Team Activities (OTAs).

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification is pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, sports marketing, or a related field, or having graduated within 18 months of the internship start date.
• Experience: Requires 1+ years of experience in digital content creation, publishing, or a related field (internships are acceptable), along with basic knowledge of SEO, URL tracking, and analytics tools. Must also be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including being on-site for gamedays.
• Skills: Proficiency with CMS platforms and photo/video editing tools, strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure error-free content, the ability to learn quickly with new technology, and excellent organizational and communication skills to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Bonus: Knowledge of data privacy regulations and accessibility standards, experience with Broadcast productions or video asset management, familiarity with CSS and HTML coding language, or experience with YouTube content publishing, platform capabilities, and performance analysis.
