Recovery Center-Customer Service Representative | 1st Franklin Financial Corporation

The Tone:
This is an in-person role at 1st Franklin Financial Corporation, located in Newnan, GA, within our Recovery Center. As a family-run company for over 80 years, 1st Franklin Financial provides financial solutions across its footprint, with over 380 offices throughout the Southeast. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s collections and recovery efforts by working closely with Branch Operations and the court system. The individual in this role utilizes professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-orientation to manage legal actions and documentation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Process/File Suits: Prepare and submit legal actions and suits in various state courts on behalf of the company.
• Prepare/Process Legal Documents: Manage and prepare all necessary documentation for filing legal actions through the appropriate court systems.
• Conduct Follow-up Communication: Engage in ongoing communication with the court system to monitor the progress and status of filed actions.
• Resolve Filing Issues: Address and resolve any issues that may arise with the court system concerning improperly filed documents or actions.
• Obtain Contact Information: Gather and verify contact information essential for successful collections and recovery efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment in problem-solving.
• Experience: Proficiency with MS Office Suite products, enabling efficient handling of administrative and documentation tasks.
• Skills: Advanced interpersonal relationship skills suitable for diverse social and business settings, strong verbal and written communication capabilities, the ability to maintain confidential business and personal information, an action and result-focused work ethic, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to operate an automobile.
