The Administrative Coordinator will be the central hub of support for admissions, events, and front-office functions, directly contributing to the positive experience and success of students engaging in their gap-year journeys. What You’ll Actually Do
• Front-Office Management: Serve as the initial, professional point of contact for all students, families, visitors, and staff members, and manage daily front-desk operations including phones, mail, and scheduling.
• Financial Administration: Assist with critical financial tasks such as processing weekly payables, handling deposits, and distributing student stipends.
• Admissions Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Admissions team for application processing, payment tracking, managing communications, and preparing for admissions events.
• Coordination & Logistics: Coordinate program meetings, various events, and necessary program spaces, including maintaining calendars and communicating with vendors.
• Marketing & Material Creation: Contribute to marketing efforts by scheduling social media posts, capturing event photographs, and developing materials using Canva.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently and accurately; a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required, along with comfort working up to four Saturdays annually.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills; strong computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Preferred knowledge of education, mental health, or gap-year programs.
