What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Schedules: Efficiently manage and maintain organizational calendars, actively prioritizing tasks to ensure all project timelines and deadlines are met effectively.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, interacting professionally and courteously with both internal team members and external visitors, thereby fostering clear and effective communication channels.
• Utilize Office Technology: Operate and leverage basic office technology and productivity tools, including email platforms, word processing software, spreadsheets, and shared drives, to streamline administrative processes.
• Ensure Operational Accuracy: Apply a high level of attention to detail to all administrative tasks, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues, and diligently following through on all assigned duties to completion.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company information with the utmost integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality, upholding trust within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current student or recent graduate in any field, demonstrating an interest in learning about operations, administration, or organizational development.
• Experience: No specific prior experience required.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities; solid written and verbal communication skills; comfort with basic office technology and productivity tools; attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach; ability to work on-site in Chicago, IL and collaborate effectively in a team environment; high level of integrity, reliability, and respect for confidentiality.
• Bonus: Prior office or internship experience is a plus.
