• Pay: $64000–$128000 yearly
• Team: Leads a team of hourly team members and leaders to achieve business strategies and goals.
• Mission: To create a guest-obsessed culture, prioritize the guest experience, and deliver on store sales goals by effectively leading and developing a team.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Culture Creation: Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals.
• Talent Management: Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan, and recruit both long and short term for the team.
• Team Development: Manage leaders to follow up on training completion, check for understanding, and provide continuous education opportunities for team members.
• Performance Accountability: Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management, including observing, recognizing, and coaching critical behaviors.
• Business Insights: Understand business reporting and guest insights to identify, troubleshoot, and follow up on opportunity areas for improvement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, preparing individuals for an entry-level leadership role as an Executive Team Leader.
• Experience: Proven experience setting and planning department workload to support business priorities and managing a team to deliver service and sales goals, including recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong business acumen; ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable; strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial/quantitative analysis.
