What You’ll Actually Do
• Booking: Book a comprehensive range of travel arrangements for clients, including hotels, flights, complete vacation packages, and creating customized itineraries tailored to their specific preferences.
• Optimization: Effectively utilize our established and trusted supplier partnerships to consistently secure amazing deals, exclusive offers, and valuable upgrades for client travel plans, ensuring maximum value.
• Research: Proactively stay informed and up-to-date with the latest travel trends, upcoming promotions, seasonal discounts, and destination-specific insights to provide clients with the best and most current options.
• Service: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering five-star service, addressing their needs, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning experience from start to finish.
• Development: Actively participate in ongoing training programs, engage with mentorship opportunities, and leverage the provided support system to continuously learn, grow, and enhance your professional skills in the travel industry.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required, as Destination Careers provides comprehensive training and certification to all new Remote Travel Planners. Candidates must possess a strong enthusiasm for travel, genuinely love helping others plan their trips, and be eager to learn the intricacies of the travel industry.
• Experience: No previous professional experience in travel planning or a related field is necessary for this role. The agency is committed to training and certifying successful applicants, providing all the foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to excel.
