• Mission: Provides consistent vending products and services, ensuring machines are stocked, clean, and financially accountable at a single location.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manages inventory: Receives deliveries of soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries, then stocks shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers.
• Handles financial transactions: Collects money from machines, refills bill and coin changers, and records all transactions accurately, while being accountable for cash and product.
• Maintains equipment and areas: Performs routine maintenance and sanitation on vending machines and ensures the storeroom and vending area remain clean.
• Addresses customer needs: Calls on existing customers to assess the adequacy of service, listens to, and resolves any service complaints.
• Promotes products and services: Informs regular customers about new products or services and sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. This role requires individuals capable of managing product inventory, handling cash, and maintaining equipment in a customer-facing service environment.
• Experience: 2 years of similar experience is preferred for this role.
• Skills: Product stocking and merchandising, cash collection and accounting, basic machine maintenance and sanitation, customer service and complaint resolution.
