The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Walmart, located in Eastvale, CA, within a critical Supply Chain Import facility. Walmart operates a vast retail network, and this facility is integral to managing the flow of products that stock stores and fulfill customer orders across the country. The Floor Clerical position plays a supportive but essential role in ensuring the administrative tasks related to freight handling—including receiving, unloading, processing, orderfilling, and shipping—are managed accurately and efficiently. This role directly contributes to the operational smoothness and overall productivity of the import supply chain, impacting the company’s ability to deliver goods effectively.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Receiving Operations: Assist with the administrative tasks and documentation required for incoming freight, ensuring accurate records of deliveries.
• Facilitate Processing: Perform clerical duties related to the internal processing of goods, which may include data entry for inventory management and tracking.
• Aid Orderfilling and Shipping: Provide administrative support for the order assembly and outbound shipping processes, ensuring paperwork is complete for dispatch.
• Maintain Records: Organize and maintain files, reports, and other documents crucial for the various freight handling functions within the facility.
• Operational Assistance: Provide general clerical support to the teams involved in unloading, moving, and tracking products throughout the supply chain import facility.
