What You’ll Actually Do
Research: Discover new and emerging anime and manga series and trends that resonate with diverse fan communities on the Gift platform.
Curate: Curate and organize compelling anime and manga content, ensuring it aligns with community interests and encourages authentic interactions.
Suggest: Suggest innovative and engaging ways to celebrate popular creators and beloved characters, fostering deeper community engagement and connection.
Connect: Reach out and actively connect with fans and creators in the anime and manga space, building relationships that enrich the platform’s communities.
Organize: Maintain clear, categorized lists and databases of content, managing multiple small tasks efficiently to support content flow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An intern with a strong, demonstrable passion for anime and manga, exhibiting broad familiarity across various genres, series, and intricate fandom culture.
• Experience: Proven ability to effectively research and curate content, track emerging trends, and precisely identify series and creators that align with specific community interests. Experience working comfortably within various digital environments, including social platforms, online communities, and basic content management tools.
• Skills: Clear and concise written communication skills for developing descriptions, recommendations, and community-facing content. Strong organizational skills for categorizing content, maintaining lists or databases, and adeptly managing multiple small tasks concurrently. A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback, coupled with the ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.
