Creator Manager Project Intern (TikTok LIVE-AMS) – 2026 Start (BS/MS) | TikTok

The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, located in Los Angeles, CA. TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, with a mission to inspire creativity and bring joy globally. This role supports the TikTok LIVE team, which empowers creators and builds strong partnerships to drive meaningful real-time interactions. The intern will gain practical experience by working directly with creators and understanding the operational models behind TikTok LIVE, contributing to the growth and success of the creator ecosystem.

• Mission: To support creator onboarding, education, performance tracking, and daily operations to help creators grow sustainably on TikTok LIVE.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Creator Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding, education, and ongoing communication with new and existing creators on the platform.
• Performance Tracking: Support data tracking for creator performance, including metrics like revenue, LIVE duration, content type, and audience engagement.
• Creator Engagement: Help execute weekly creator touchpoints, such as sending emails, conducting check-ins, and collecting LIVE schedule information.
• Market Research: Conduct research on creator profiles, content trends, and vertical opportunities to inform creator segmentation and selection strategies.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with various internal teams on creator-related initiatives, including campaigns, match programs, and vertical showcases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a demonstrated interest in creator ecosystems, digital entertainment, or platform operations.
• Experience: Ability to commit to an internship period of at least three months.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong empathy toward creator needs, highly organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience in creator management, user operations, or community building, familiarity with TikTok LIVE metrics and content formats, and strong analytical skills to identify patterns in creator behavior.
