Digital Workplace Experience Intern | Legends Global
The Tone:
This is a part-time internship in the Information Technology department at Legends Global, located on-site in Frisco, TX or Conshohocken, PA, with an expected schedule of 20–25 hours per week. What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze end-user technology experience by developing user personas and mapping employee technology journeys across systems and platforms.
• Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve digital workplace interactions, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Optimization: Support the optimization of multi-channel support intake, including ticketing systems, chat, and self-service tools.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance self-service workflows and streamline the end-user support experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools, or business strategy.
• Skills: Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex, loosely defined problems; ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; experience working with relational databases.
• Bonus: Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI, and using data to drive operational decision-making.
