ESPN Creative Studio Production Assistant, New York City, Fall 2026 | ESPN
The Tone:
This is a Fall 2026 internship at ESPN, located in New York City. ESPN Creative Studio serves as the creative arm of ESPN Marketing, responsible for producing a wide range of advertising pieces. The studio designs, develops, and delivers promotional media across television, print, digital platforms, and more. This role is crucial for supporting marketing teams, promoting sports brands, and fulfilling the needs of external sponsors by contributing to compelling creative campaigns.

• Pay: $22.50 hourly
• Team: ESPN Creative Studio (supporting Creative Team: Writers, Producers, Designers)
• Mission: Assist with post-production tasks and creative input to develop promotional media for ESPN’s sports properties, shows, products, and services.
• Tech Stack: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Pull footage, conduct research, and draft scripts for TV, radio, and social tune-in campaigns.
• Obtain practical, hands-on post-production experience across various promotional media formats.
• Share insights and creative ideas during campaign development discussions.
• Collaborate directly with Writers, Producers, and Designers to support the Creative Team’s needs.
• Actively learn and work effectively with colleagues to contribute to project success.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university, preferably a Senior, with coursework in Marketing, Sports Media, Writing, Film or related majors.
• Experience: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; demonstrated interest in creative campaign development.
• Skills: Creative writing skills and familiarity with concept development for advertising and promotional content; excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong attention to detail and presentation; passion and knowledge of professional and collegiate sports; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest and experience in the creative side of sports marketing; knowledge and enthusiasm for the ESPN brand; familiarity with music and pop-culture trends; understanding of key marketing mediums including TV, print, digital, and social channels.
